Edrees Feda, Founder and Sole Owner of Lucrum Capital Advisors, brings a tapestry of experience and expertise to his role as CEO and CCO. He is in charge of all operations and activities of the firm’s advisory and consulting business, including research and analysis, compliance oversight, advertisement review, and asset management.

Edrees’s journey as an advisor began at a boutique SFR acquisition brokerage, where he swiftly elevated the firm’s presence to a national scale through licensure and client development.

Edrees eventually joined Crowdstreet, a large online real estate private equity syndication platform, contributing to over $1.5 Billion of equity raises as an Associate Real Estate Analyst on the firm’s Investments team. There, he also was registered as an IAR and BD representative simultaneously in the firm’s RIA and BD affiliates, respectively.

Subsequently, Edrees joined M.C. Dean, blending Corporate Development and Family Office roles, to manage M&A activities, real estate portfolios, and VC/PE investments. As largely an LP capital source for investments, Edrees was instrumental to institutionalize the family office’s operations on investment originations, screening, and asset management.

Concurrently, he has consulted for private and institutional clients on their alternative investment needs. One notable client was PPR Capital Management, a leading private real estate private investment fund that specialized in distressed real estate notes. He was hired to lead in building their Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily vertical in providing JV and Co-GP equity to Multifamily sponsors across the United States.

FAQs

  • What representation guarantees do you have with your clients?
    As licensed investment advisors, we owe all of our clients full fiduciary duties and responsibilities. It is both our legal mandate and our company’s policy to assure that we serve and hold our client’s interest above ours at all times. This is especially the case in conflicts of interest situations, in which we disclose all material information upfront to our clients prior to formally engaging.
  • I’m in a state your firm is currently not licensed in, can I still hire your firm?
    Sure. We are limited to five clients in states outside our jurisdiction of licensure. If we find sufficient demand to expand our licensure to a different state, we will do so and make announcements when engaging in that expansion.
  • Are you able to provide financial planning and investment advisory services on traditional assets (stocks, bonds, money markets, etc.)?
    We are able to, but our focus is exclusive to alternative investments, primarily related to real estate. We are more than happy to refer you to our network of third party advisors to address your investment needs holistically.
  • Are you able to give investment advice on real estate transactions?
    Yes. However, it should be noted that some jurisdictions in the United States do require real estate brokerage licenses in order to provide real estate consulting and receive compensation. Therefore, we work with Lucrum Realty, our affiliate real estate brokerage company, to be able to provide these services jointly to ensure full compliance.
  • Are you able to act as a custodian?
    No. We do not currently have the infrastructure nor the regulatory approval to provide custody of assets or cash to our clients. We are glad to refer you to certain vendors depending on your needs.
  • Do you serve international/foreign investors?
    Yes, we are able to. However, it should be noted that foreign investors require additional levels of due diligence and screening prior to engaging, especially under the guise of anti-money laundering regulations. These requirements may also differ between foreign individual investors and foreign institutional investors. Bottom Line: If you are a foreign investor and think we can be of value to you, we would be more than happy to connect and see how we can be of assistance.
